Updates for the week of Aug 1st
Girls and Guys,
I can't believe it is August already. Hope to see you all soon. We miss seeing alot of you. I am sure that everyone is so busy, life changes!
Monday, Aug. 1st - Keep the World Sewing Club 10am or 6pm - They will be showing you two new items to be made for gifts. These are great!! You are all welcome to come and see even if you are not a member of the club.
T-Shirt Quilt will begin tonight with Kim Johnson. You have asked for this quilt and here is the class that you have been waiting for. What to do with those T-Shirts? 6pm - 8pm cost is $60 There is still room for a few more students. Call and sign up now!!
Tuesday, Aug. 2nd - Those great Between Bees Ladies will be here from 1pm - 4pm. Come on in and join in the fun!!

Wednesday, Aug. 3rd - Batik 9 Patch Wall Hanging with LInda Ryland 10am or 6pm $30 - Two strongly contrasting fabrics make this simple easy wall quilt. Good for beginners.

Updates for the week of July 18th

Hope everyone is surviving the Hot Weather!! We are trying to stay cool!! Come on in and join us, at least it is cool in the shop!!
Coming up the next two weeks is as follows:
Monday, July 18th - Embroidery In Motion Club with Cathy Hutchins. Never a dull moment with Cathy. You always learn something new. 10am or 6pm You do not have to be a member to visit. We would love to have you. 10am or 6pm
Tuesday, July 19th - Charming Poster Quilt taught by Jennifer Hunt for 9 years old to 16 years old!! Cost is $50 and that includes all materials. Time 2pm - 4pm

Wednesday, July 20th - "The Apron with Class" will be 2 classes taught by Judy Barnier. 10am or 6pm Cost is $25. This class will teach the making and application of bias tape both by hand and by the Simplicity Tape Making Machine. This is a good beginning project and will make a great gift for Christmas.
Thursday, July 21st - Beginning Sewing Class begins today at 6pm - 8pm. There are 2 spaces available. This class is taught by Teresa Conrad and the cost is $60.

Coming "JULY 25th" - Joan Friedrick - You may have seen her on Nancy Zimmerman's HGTV show. She will be showing some embroidery software. This will sork with any brand of machine. Joan will show you how you can take 20 designs and turn them into over a 100 designs.

Youth Camp
Girls and Guys,

Attached is the project for the Youth Camp. You will be making the top and skirt along with the tulip hand bag. You will be able to choice your fabric. The cost for camp is $200 and includes all of your materials for the projects. We still have space available in our camp beginning Monday, June 20th - 24th. The times are 10am - 12pm or 2pm - 4pm Call or come in and sign up. As of today we only have kids in the morning class. We would need at least three for the 2pm - 4pm class. We will be having Youth Camp again on July 11th - 15th. Spaces are available. TImes are 10am - 12pm or 2pm - 4pm. Come on in and learn to sew and make these darling outfits!!
